I was walking in the park when I found this beautiful field of zinnias.  I went back several times to paint the flowers in Pein Air.  This painting in oil was done from a photograph.  I tried to show all the glorious colors of the flowers in oil paint.  Mixing oil paint and finding the just right color is what I love to do.
